No. WinTheDeals covers complex deal sales: decision-maker qualification (decision power, attitude, position), MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain), tasks, documents. It does no marketing automation, lead capture, email sequences, telephony, quotes or e-signature. If that is your main need, we will tell you from the first exchange.

A classic CRM sees a company and its contacts. WinTheDeals sees circles — the organisations where your decision-makers gather, including those that give you access to others — and places, the locations where to find them. The same decision-maker can belong to several circles and be present at several places.

Because you are not buying a software seat: the flags method, proven for 40 years, is in the data model, and the training that comes with it is offered at start at a displayed price. No. The MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) measures deal mastery: the strength of favourable decision-makers against the total strength at stake. It is only significant from five qualified contacts; it helps decide what to do, not promise an outcome. See the Method page.

Yes. The interface is responsive: usable on computer, tablet and phone, with nothing to install. There is however no native mobile app and no offline mode.

Yes. WinTheDeals exposes an MCP server (8 tools) and a REST API v1 with explicit permissions and OAuth 2.1: your agents can browse deals, create tasks and prepare reviews. The details on the API page.

Yes. Each team works in a strictly isolated space (multi-tenant); members are invited by the administrator, with roles and permissions per member.

Yes. Your data is exportable at any time through the REST API v1, which exposes 8 business resources (deals, flags, circles, places, tasks, tags, powers, documents), and an AI agent can also retrieve your data via the MCP server. In case of cancellation, the full export is reviewed with you before the end of the subscription.

From the first user, with no configuration project: five qualified flags are enough for a first significant MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain). The training (6 h, 6 participants maximum) is offered at start.

Yes: the flags method training, 6 hours, 6 participants maximum, €1,200 ex. VAT. Individual coaching is also possible, at €100 ex. VAT per hour. See the Pricing page.

You can cancel at any time: your access stays open until the end of the paid period and your data is exportable through the API (see the Pricing page).
