WinTheDeals

How it works

The journey of a complex deal, from first contact to close. Every step corresponds to a shipped feature.

  1. The deal is created

An opportunity arises: you create the deal, attached to the circle (the client organisation), with its amount, currency and expected close date.

  2. The flags are planted

Who matters in this deal? The contacts of your circles — client company, clubs, networks — become flags on the deal, each with their title.

  3. Each one is qualified

For each flag: what is their decision power (high, medium, low)? What is their attitude towards your offer (favourable, neutral, unfavourable)? And what is their position — their role in the decision? This qualification is what makes the method.

  4. The MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) tells you where the deal stands

From five qualified flags, the MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) is computed automatically: the strength of favourable decision-makers against the total strength at stake. The deal is sorted: high, medium, low mastery, or non-significant.

  5. The action plan is set

The tasks to carry out are created on the deal and the flags: priorities, due dates, recurrences. Each task closes with a business outcome (meeting scheduled, proposal requested…), not with a plain “done”.

  6. Documents are kept in order

Proposals, specifications, contracts: documents are stored in the deal DMS, versioned, with their validation statuses and expiry dates.

  7. The deal moves, the MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) follows

A flag changes attitude, a favourable decision-maker is identified: the MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) is recomputed automatically. The dashboards group your deals by mastery level.

  8. The close

The deal is won or lost; the stages and the history (powers, attitudes, tasks and their outcomes) remain available to learn from every deal.

  9. Your tools work with WinTheDeals

Throughout the cycle, the API, webhooks and the MCP server let your other tools — and your AI agents — read and feed the CRM, with explicit permissions.

What if I start without history?

WinTheDeals does not require a prior migration: the qualification (power, attitude) is built as the deal progresses, contact by contact. A deal with five qualified flags is enough for the first significant MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain).
