WinTheDeals

Features

Here is, without hype, what WinTheDeals does today. Every module is shipped and in use; nothing on this page is a roadmap promise.

Circles and flags

  • Circles: the organisations where your flags gather — a client company, a business club, a sports club, a federation, a professional network. Industry and contact details per circle.
  • A circle gives access to flags you could not reach otherwise: a decision-maker’s attitude on a deal can evolve through a shared circle or a shared activity, not only in meetings.
  • Flags: the contacts, attached to one or more circles — title, role, contact details. The same decision-maker often belongs to several circles at once.
  • Each flag carries a title (the role it plays in your deals) and free tags to organise. The same contact is tracked deal by deal: their power and attitude are specific to each deal.

Places

  • Places: the locations where your flags can be found — a production site, a head office, a restaurant where a decision-maker is a regular.
  • A place is attached to one or more circles; a circle can have dozens of places — a distribution network and its dealerships, for example.
  • Example: a buyer at a large industrial group works early in the week at a production site, late in the week at head office, and has lunch every week at the same restaurant — where a classic CRM only sees an account record.

Deals

  • Deals tracked through configurable stages, from qualification to close (won or lost).
  • Amount and currency per deal (multi-currency with a currency reference), expected close date.
  • Each deal shows its MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) and mastery level, recomputed automatically.
  • Tags to organise deals freely.

Decision power and attitude

  • On each deal, each flag is qualified along two axes: their decision power (high, medium, low) and their attitude towards your offer (favourable, neutral, unfavourable).
  • The qualification is guided by the model: no way to “fill in the CRM” without qualifying.
  • Power and attitude changes are tracked over time.
  • The position of each flag — their role in the decision — is noted on the flag, deal by deal.

The MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) score

  • The MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) is computed automatically from the deal flags: the strength of favourable decision-makers against the total strength at stake (neutral contacts count for 50% in the total).
  • The score is only significant from five qualified flags on the deal; below that, the deal is “non-significant”.
  • Four mastery levels: high (≥ 70%), medium (30 to 70%), low (< 30%), non-significant.
  • The MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) of each deal is recomputed automatically whenever a flag changes.

Tasks and business outcomes

  • Tasks linked to deals and flags: 5 statuses, 3 priorities, due dates, notifications.
  • 6 recurrences (daily, weekly…) for repeating actions.
  • Each task closes with a business outcome (8 outcomes: meeting scheduled, proposal requested…) — activity is qualified, not merely counted.

Documents

  • DMS attached to deals and circles: folder tree, search.
  • Versioning: every version of a document is kept.
  • Document validation statuses (5 statuses, from receipt to approval) and expiry dates tracked.

Dashboards

  • Overview: headcount, ongoing deals, distribution of deals by MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain) mastery level.
  • Four dedicated views: deals with high, medium, low MEG (Mathematical Expectation of Gain), and non-significant deals — to decide actions, not to do reporting.
  • Team activity: who did what, when.

Dashboard

Teamwork

  • Each team has its strictly isolated space; members are invited by the administrator.
  • Roles and permissions per member; user cap per subscription.
  • Interface in French and English; light or dark mode, by user choice or device setting.
  • Responsive interface: usable on computer, tablet and phone, with no application to install.

API

  • Documented REST API, webhooks, server for AI agents. The details on the API page.
